Pressemitteilung Forschende der Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin haben eine neue diagnostische Methode entwickelt, die es ermöglicht, die Konsistenz von Tumoren durch Magnetresonanztomografie (MRT) zu bewerten. Mithilfe der sogenannten Tomoelastografie konnten sie jetzt die mechanischen Eigenschaften von Lebertumoren aufzeigen.
